NoteBook main Challenge
To overcome the challenge, I did the background research, content audit and drew a user journey map based on the interviews with a couple of teachers about the missing part of the planner and editor of their task management by providing them the pretty same product from our competitors. The challenge was to make an efficient planner tab, in order to set the teacher’s timetable, calendar, and class view and make the teaching timetable more accurate by dividing the tasks. The design aimed to track the user’s motions on different wizards and ease the wizards for teachers to use.

NoteBook was the first project that I got to work on as a UX Designer. I was the design trainee in a team of 5 which included 2 developers and 2 founders of the company. My main role was user research and translate the concepts into wireframes and later mockup. I joined the team early on founding the company and left after 4 months because they decided to pause the project.
Key Goal
The UX Approach
Since we were building a product from scratch, the key goal was to stick to the MVPs and execute the beta version of the product as soon as possible and test it with real users.
A solution which helps teachers focus on why they offer something in the curriculum rather than what they are putting together by saving a lot of time for them.
Enable user to have access to the app on all the devices by responsive design approach and delivering the key tools.
1. Table first screen
2. Red routes
3. User Testing
4. Mockup
5. Interactive Design

The UX Impact
I have used the table first approach to cover three factors: size, context, and interaction models.
A responsive Design solution was developed in order to enable the user to have cross-device access to the timetable. While giving the user the option to control and set timetable, calendar, and class view on all devices by easing the wizard in a new page instead of a pop-up menu. The number of clicks to execute was out by 40%.
